WHO SHE IS, ON PAPER
Leah Grosjean is a bicoastal creative of many trades including acting, dancing, teaching, creative direction, and collaboration. East coast bred, Leah has the grit to do it all and do it well. She received her BFA from Hussian College In Studio Los Angeles in 2019 and has since directed her focus from storytelling through movement to storytelling through acting and film.
Her philosophy behind her art is that we can never be just one thing - we are relentlessly a million things all at once.
Her credits include starring in several indie films, including Maggie Budzyna’s “Borderline,” Lea Raud’s “We Can Be Heroes” and Rob Tepper’s mini web series “Duke and Dammit.” She’s choreographed and directed many projects, including a 10-minute multi-genre concept stage performance about Jonestown entitled “KOOLAID,” Transviolet’s “Nightvision” music video, and several concept videos including “i don’t wanna be you anymore,” and “clementine.” She has 20 years of performance experience, in the ladder years performing in Cat Cogliandro’s company catastrophe! at Carnival, Club Jeté, and the ACE Awards. In her downtime Leah paints, writes, and is a holistic health coach for performers like herself, sharing knowledge and empowering artists of all ages to take charge of their health and happiness.
